How Did My Driver's License Get Suspended?

There are several ways this can happen.

O.C.G.A. 40-5-54 mandates a suspension of your driver's license upon conviction of any of the following:

Homicide by vehicle
Any felony involving use of motor vehicle
Hit and Run
Racing
Fleeing or Attempting to Elude an Officer
Fraudulent use of or application for license
Driving with revoked/canceled/suspended registration

And if you are under 21 upon convication of:

Any of the above offenses
Leaving the Scene of an Accident
Reckless Driving
Any traffic offense for which four (4) or more points are assessable
Purchasing alcohol
DUI
